He is a member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce and several other networking groups dedicated to the construction field. Dave's goal is to build meaningful relationships with clients and partners. Dave is a Lead Renovation Certified and he is also a Certified Senior Home Safety Specialist with an interest in helping educate older adults and family members on the serious issues of home safety, fall prevention, personal safety and financial exploitation. Despite his busy schedule, he remains deeply connected to his family, especially his daughter. Outside of his professional life, Dave is an avid outdoorsman. Dave spends his free moments working on his property and embarking on hikes with his loyal canine companions.

Flora was born in Taipei, Taiwan and came to the US to study in 1982. She has been living in Dallas with her husband and 3 children for 44 years. Flora enjoys serving god and loves sharing and living out her biblical core values.

Gary, a 53-year veteran in finish carpentry, turns wood into artistry. Beyond carpentry, he cultivates stunning gardens and landscapes. He's also a seasoned real estate investor and an avid theology student. A true Renaissance man.

Melanie has been a wonderful addition to the team where her love for helping people has been able to shine. In her free time Melanie likes to garden and sew. Her dedication to detail has been a wonderful help when it comes to developing the company.

Pete brings over 40 years of experience to the table. With that kind of experience its easy to understand what a great asset he is. In his free time Pete loves spending evenings with his family and friends. Pete is a true joker and loves making people laugh.

Duane has 24 years of experience and loves working on and developing homes. In his free time he loves fishing and metalworking. Duane is about to be a grandfather to his 17th grandchild!
